What is your return/exchange policy, and are all items final sale?

To be eligible, the footwear must meet the following strict conditions:
- Unworn Condition: Shoes must be unworn, unused, and show absolutely no signs of wear (no scuffs, creases, or dirt on the sole or upper material).
- Original Packaging: They must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box, which must also be placed inside a separate shipping box to protect it.
Please Note: Any footwear purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale" event is ineligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect pair, contact our customer service team within 48 hours for immediate assistance.
When will I get my order?
